Weekend Activities

In my home, it is a rule that during school nights there would absolutely be no television, kids video game & games. This is so they can focus on the things they would need to do for school. It will also keep their minds on the projects and assignments which need to be done during the week. It can be quite an effective way of going about their school work. Distractions may affect the academics of my children, so I am particularly strict on this rule.

During the weekend though, they have the freedom to do what they want. This provides them a reward system after working hard the whole week. I would only want my kids to grow up and be successful in their chosen field. Weekend is meant for fun and bonding time with the family. Kids video game & games never fail to get my children excited. We now have a great system which will get them to benefit in the long run.
