Pretend play is one of the most beneficial and advantageous types of play there is. According to psychologists, children are able to copy the usual actions of the adults in their surroundings, allowing them to capture important values and skills which they can make use of as they grow old. This way kids are able to replicate the actions and tasks performed by their parents.
For mothers who have kids interested in cooking and baking, allowing them to help out in the kitchen is always a great way to bond.
